Spira Mirabilis - Wonderful Spiral
The logarithmic spiral is self-similar. In the applet, there are two control points: one at the center of the spiral, the other on the spiral itself. However you move the latter the spiral remains the same: at most it rotates, even when you move the point away from the center of the spiral. To see that, show two spirals simultaneously.
