If anyone has an answer for this problem the help would be appreciated. Say a group of golfers, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, go on a trip for six or seven days. Is there a way to figure the foursomes with the least duplication of players and the maximum variation of players (nobody plays with the same person more than once). Is there a table that exists somewhere that would show this? Thanks for any responses. Bob Ellwood
